The motor driving circuit comprises a driving unit, three switch units with same structures and three switch control units with same structures. The switch units are connected between three output ends of the driving unit and three-phase input ends of a motor respectively, and are used for controlling connection and disconnection of three-phase circuits of the motor according to driving signals output by the driving unit. The switch control units are connected between three output ends of the drivingunit and the three switch units respectively, and are used for reducing starting speeds of switch tubes of the three switch units. The steering gear and the motor driving circuit thereof have the advantages that the switch control units for reducing the starting speeds of the switch tubes are connected between the driving unit and the switch units, so that the starting speeds of the switch tubes are reduced, electromagnetic radiation generated during working of the switch units is weakened, and external radiation of the steering gear is reduced.
