The invention provides a cognitive radio power control method based on a quantum monkey flock search mechanism, the method comprises the following steps: establishing a non-cooperative game cognitiveradio power control model, calculating a sum of cognitive user utility functions, introducing a power penalty mechanism and selecting a form of a target function which needs to be optimized; inspiredby monkey flock activities, designing the quantum monkey flock search mechanism, generating quantum positions and number of monkeys in the quantum monkey flock; mapping a system user transmitting power and the quantum positions of the monkey flock to be in one-to-one correspondence, and calculating an adaptability value; updating an optimal quantum position of each monkey through a climbing process in the monkey flock activities; mapping the optimal quantum position in the climbing process of the monkey to a transmitting power, and updating the optimal position of the monkey through a lookingover-jumping and somersaulting process of the monkey flock activities; and iterating several times to obtain the optimal position of the monkey as an optimal solution.
