Embodiment 1

[0065] Patterned polymer layered materials

[0066] The patterned polymer layered material has a three-layer laminated structure, which is a polymer substrate layer of polyethylene, a patterned structure layer of 80:20 polypropylene and silicon dioxide, and a polyacrylic surface encapsulation layer. The patterned structural layer has dispersed bowl-shaped protrusion structures. The surface encapsulation layer is a continuous thin layer covering the surface of the patterned structure layer and retains the shape of the patterned structure layer.

Embodiment 2

[0068] Preparation of Coupling Agent Pretreated Inorganic Nanoparticles

[0069] The inorganic nanoparticles are pre-soaked with a coupling agent with a mass concentration of 0.1-5.0% for 5-60 minutes, and then dried at a temperature of 20-90° C. for 5-60 minutes to obtain inorganic nanoparticles modified by the coupling agent for use. Concrete preparation raw material and parameter are as follows:

Embodiment 3

[0073] Preparation of patterned polymer layered materials

[0074] Patterned polymer layered materials were prepared according to the following steps:

[0075] Step (1) In the process of cleaning the polyethylene substrate layer, the substrate is soaked in ethanol for 10 minutes, then dried at 30°C for 60 minutes; then soaked in deionized water for 10 minutes, and then dried at 30°C for 60 minutes. Then treated with low temperature plasma for 10s.

[0076] Step (2) Mix the second polymer polypropylene with a molecular weight of 5000g / mol and the inorganic nanoparticles treated with the coupling agent No. 201 in Example 2 according to the mass ratio of 90:10, and prepare with (second solvent) toluene into a solution with a mass concentration of 30.0%. Then, it is coated on the polymer substrate layer pretreated in step (1) by dip coating for 10 seconds, and then taken out.

[0077] Step (3) Treat the polymer substrate layer coated in step (2) at a temperature of 30° C. and...

Abstract

The invention discloses a patterned polymer layered material. The patterned polymer layered material comprises at least three layers of laminated structures, which are separately a polymer base material layer, a patterned structural layer and a surface encapsulating layer; the patterned structural layer is provided with dispersed bowl-shaped bulge structures, grooves or porous structures; and thesurface encapsulating layer covers the surface of the patterned structural layer, and keeps the encapsulating layer of the patterned structural layer. The invention provides a novel large-area bulgedbowl-shaped patterned structure with a non-conventional porous structure, and provides a composite material patterning technology which is based on a thermosetting polymer system and contains inorganic nano-particles; and the patterned structural layer is generated on the base material layer in a bionic mode, and is combined with the upper encapsulating-layer raw materials to form a stable encapsulating structure, so that the purpose of strengthening the performances of the patterned polymer material is achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of material surface modification, and relates to a modified hydrophilic or hydrophobic layer surface structure, in particular to a polymer material with large-area patterned design. The patterned polymer surface structure of the present invention has the characteristics of low cost and large-area preparation, and has more advantages than the existing patterned surface layer structure. Background technique [0002] The wettability of the material surface, such as hydrophilicity or hydrophobicity, can be adjusted and changed by the liquid contact angle through the unique structure of bionics design and the difference between the hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity of the material itself. Different materials can be used to achieve different surface wettability, thereby meeting the requirements of different engineering application environments. Although the partial surface wettability of the material can be optim...
