Abstract

The invention discloses an efficient container wharf handling scheduling device. The device is composed of a handling information input module, a handling scheme generation module, a handling processoptimizing module and a scheduling scheme output module. The system uses a swarm intelligent optimizing method based on a variable neighborhood search algorithm to optimally schedule a container wharfhandling process, and a variable territory search algorithm including five territory structures are introduced into a firefly algorithm, so that the swarm diversity is increased, the local search capacity of the algorithm is enhanced, and the search accuracy of the algorithm is improved; furthermore, a work adjustment rule is provided, the convergence speed of the algorithm is improved, and thusthe device provided by the invention can efficiently generate the optimal scheduling scheme. The optimal scheduling scheme can be efficiently generated. According to the device provided by the invention, the overall time of the container wharf handling process can be effectively shortened, the operating time of the wharf can be reduced, and the operating efficiency of port logistics can be improved.
