Abstract

A dust-proof flue gas analyzing device is disclosed. The device includes a flue gas analyzer, a sampling pipe and a dust filtering gear. The sampling pipe is connected to the dust filter. The dust filter is connected to a sucking pump. The sucking pump is connected to a gas storage tank. The gas storage tank is connected to the flue gas analyzer through a hose. The sampling pipe is provided with aflue gas feeding valve. A check valve is mounted between the sucking pump and the gas storage tank. An outlet end of the gas storage tank is provided with a pressure control valve. Large solid emission particles in flue gas can be removed through filtration through the dust filter, thus protecting the flue gas analyzer from being blocked, preventing instrument inside abrasion caused by solid particles, protecting the flue gas analyzing system and prolonging the service lifetime of instruments. In addition, a recyclable cooling water bag on the sampling pipe is utilized to cool the flue gas soas to ensure that the flue gas analyzer can work normally at a reasonable temperature.
