The movable pulley counter-pulling mechanism is a driving device which pulls a rubbing head to move downward, a movable rod is provided with handles and a movable pulley, one end of a steel wire rope on the movable pulley is fixed to a beam fixing ring of the shell, and the other end of the steel wire rope on the movable pulley is fixed to the lower end of a tackle of the rubbing head mechanism; the rubbing head in the rubbing head mechanism is arranged on the tackle, a second-level gear drive is arranged onthe rubbing head, and the movable rod is swung and rotated to drive a flexible shaft and the rubbing head to rotate.
