Abstract

The invention discloses efficient conveying equipment applicable to a refractory plastic material and castable and belongs to the field of refractory material construction equipment. The efficient conveying equipment is characterized in that the efficient conveying equipment comprises a material mixing device, a feeding device, a material conveying device and a material transferring device. According to the equipment, firstly, pretreatment is conducted on materials needing to be transferred through the material mixing device and the feeding device; and then, the materials are sequentially conveyed to a construction working face of a boiler body of a boiler through the material conveying device and the material transferring device. By means of the material mixing device, firstly, preprocessing is conducted on the castable at site through a material mixing support and a material mixing funnel; then, the materials are transferred transversely through the feeding device, then, material lifting work is performed from bottom to top, and at last, before the aerial conveying link is started to be implemented, differential type high-speed material mixing is conducted through double screws in a feeding barrel in the first place so that the material macromolecule gravity decomposition phenomenon which is possibly generated in the material lifting process can be made up; and finally, the materials are delivered to the aerial work construction face through the material conveying device.
