The effects of blocking or up-regulation of expression of candidate genes on tumor biological behaviorsare observed, and key proteins affecting generation and development of human liver cancer are positioned; through bioinformatics analysis, the role of the key proteins in a system signal network is analyzed; through MRM absolute quantification verification, the value of liver cancer diagnosis of liver cancer key protein polypeptides is evaluated and the clinical relevance is analyzed, and the feasibility of the key proteins in clinical applications, such as prevention, early diagnosis and prognosis of liver cancer, is provided.
