Problems solved by technology

[0006] The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is that in the active power factor correction circuit of the prior art, the PWM controller is mainly used to control the conduction time and frequency of the switch. However, when the inductor uses a thinner wire diameter to reduce the volume , will cause the inductance to emit a lot of noise during the continuous excitation due to high impedance, provide an active power factor correction circuit and a control method for pulse width adjustment signals, so as to solve the noise problem caused by the thin wire diameter of the inductance

Abstract

An active power factor correction circuit and a control method for pulse width modulation signals are provided. The active power factor correction circuit is coupled to a load and an AC power supply supplying power at an alternating period, and includes an inductor unit, a first rectifier, a change-over switch, a grounding end and a pulse width modulation controller. According to the control method, the change-over switch intermittently switches on and off the first rectifier and the grounding end in a phase modulation stage under the control of pulse width modulation signals output by the pulse width modulation controller so that the inductor unit is alternately excited and discharged, and the change-over switch continuously breaks the circuit between the first rectifier and the groundingend in a continuous open circuit stage.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a correction circuit and a control method for adjusting a signal, in particular to an active power factor correction circuit and a control method for a pulse width adjustment signal. Background technique [0002] Generally speaking, under the consideration of existing cost and space utilization, the existing air-conditioning system power supply usually uses active power factor correction (active power factor correction, APFC) circuit architecture on the AC side, in addition to reducing switching losses and further reducing In addition to the temperature of the power components, the inductor wire diameter is also thinner due to the consideration of reducing the size of the inductor selection cost. However, the impedance is relatively large due to the thin inductor wire diameter, and the noise generated by the inductor cannot be reduced. [0003] see figure 1 , figure 1 It is a schematic circuit diagram showing an active power ...
