A refrigerant outlet in the bottom of the compressor communicates with the left end of the phase change heat storage tank, and the right end of the phase change heat storage tank communicates with the left end of the air-cooled condenser. The right end of the air-cooled condenser communicateswith the right end of the double-pipe evaporator, and the left end of the double-pipe evaporator communicates with the right end of the direct evaporation air cooler. A refrigerant outlet in the leftend of the direct evaporation air cooler communicates with a refrigerant inlet in the top of the compressor.
