According to the preparation method, the citric acid solution is selected for extracting green alga polysaccharides from green algae, cell membrane and cell wall breaking is realized ultrasonically, and accordingly the green alga polysaccharides in cytoplasm of the green algae can be better separated into extract liquid to increase the content of the greenalga polysaccharides in the green alga extract. By extraction of the green alga polysaccharides through selection of citric acid lower than sulfuric acid in acidity, environment damages caused by sulfuric acid can be reduced, so that high environmental friendliness is realized.
