Abstract

The automatic cleaning device comprises a supporting frame, a roller and a conveyor belt, wherein the roller is externally connected with the output end of a servo motor; the conveyor belt sleeves the roller; and the middle part of the roller is rotatably connected with the upper end of the supporting frame. The automatic cleaning device for the tail scraped coal slag impurities of the coal mine belt conveyor is simple in structure; when coal slag or difficult-to-clear impurities on the conveyor belt are adhered on the conveyor belt, a scraping knife scrapes off the coal slag or difficult-to-clear impurities from the moving conveyor belt; if things are difficult to clear, the scraping knife is connected with a circuit through force transmission property, so that a water pump is powered, and therefore, the impurities or the coal slag is impacted by water while immersed into water, and is completely cleared through the action of the scraping knife. Meanwhile, a floating plate and a floating ball are utilized to automatically control water injection of a cleaning solution tank; and the whole device does not need manual control, and can achieve the effect of automatically and efficiently clearing.
