Abstract

The multi-channel isolation digital oscilloscope comprises an optical fiber medium, a bidirectional isolation module, a front-end input component, an FPGA compression module, a first photoelectric transceiver component, a second photoelectric transceiver component, an FPGA decompression module and an ARM data storage and communication module, wherein the front-end input component, the FPGA compression module, the first photoelectric transceiver component, the second photoelectric transceiver component, the FPGA decompression module and the ARM data storage and communication module are connected in sequence. The optical fiber medium is output to the first photoelectric transceiver component and the second photoelectric transceiver component. The bidirectional isolation module is connected with the FPGA compression module and the ARM data storage and communication module. Accordingto the invention, the front end uses modular design, and multiple channels are easily expanded; the front end uses FPGA to analyze and calculate data collected by ADC; waveform data are compressed, are transmitted to the ARM data storage and transmission module through an optical fiber transmission module for operation processing, and are finally displayed; and front-end data acquisition is controlled through a simple SPI isolation module, which has the advantages of efficient transmission control and low cost.
