The circuit comprises a direct current control power supply, a closing circuit connected with thedirect current control power supply, an energy dis-storage switching value signal loop which is connected in parallel with the closing circuit and an energy storage state indicating circuit, whereinthe energy dis-storage switching value signal loop comprises a normally closed switch of an energy storage switch group; before a closed spring is full of energy, the energy dis-storage switching value signal loop is always in a connected state and indicates that the closed spring is in a dis-storage state. The energy storage state indicating circuit comprises a normally open switch of the energystorage switch group. An operation mechanism of the closed spring comprises a switch toggling mechanism, when the closed spring is full of energy, each switch in the switch group is toggled through the switch toggling mechanism to change the state of the switches, therefore the energy storage state indicating circuit is connected to indicate that the closed spring is full of energy, and meanwhilethe energy dis-storage switching value signal loop is disconnected.
