Benefits of technology

This technology describes various technical feates related to this purpose in order to provide better ways to make clothes more efficiently without causing damage or flaws over their manufacturing processes. It involves fixing devices onto fabric beforehand, allowing them to be transported easily between different stations while maintaining good moisture control. Additionally, it includes specific methods like air conditioners and electric fans to further enhance cool down and reduce energy consumption compared to traditional techniques such as wetting and ironning. Overall, these improvements help create higher productivity rates and lower costs associated therewith.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed in this patent relates to improving the efficient and consistently high level of fabric care during traditional methods used for producing woven or knitted fabrics such as handwear and clothing. Traditional manual techniques reduce productivity but they may result in inferior quality garments due to lack of proper training and experience. Therefore there exists an urgent need for improved ways to improve these qualifications without relying solely upon artificial means.

Abstract

The invention discloses a wetting, drying, and ironing device for textile production. The device comprises a fixed box and a textile body. A partition plate is fixedly arranged between the middles ofthe inner wall of the fixed box. Pressing devices are fixed on the top and bottom of the inner wall of the fixed box. Water tanks are fixed on the top and bottom of the inner wall of the fixed box andare on the right side of the pressing devices. The tops of the water tanks are fixedly connected to water pumps. The tops of the water pumps are communicated with water discharge pipes. The bottoms of the water discharge pipes are communicated with horizontal pipes. The surfaces of the horizontal pipes are communicated with wetting nozzles. The invention relates to the technical field of textileproduction. The provided device solves the problem that in the prior art, ironing is carried out by humans, and the ironing efficiency is low. Furthermore, the ironing effect is improved, the work load for workers is reduced, the textile quality is guaranteed, and the defective rate is reduced.
