Abstract

Washing and desliming are implemented at first, soil in the tailings can be washed thoroughly, then the quartz tailings are slightly dried and then are scrubbed by a grinding disc, thus, iron oxide on the outer surface of quartz sand in the tailings is removed, follow-up magnetic separation is facilitated, during primary magnetic separation, the tailings are ground toone another while magnetic separation, the magnetic separation efficiency can be improved, and quartz stone can be separated from the quartz sand by the flotation assembly.
