The building member system is characterized by comprising a prefabricated column member,a prefabricated beam member, a prefabricated floor slab member and a prefabricated wallboard member, wherein the prefabricated column member, the prefabricated beam member, the prefabricated floor slab member and the prefabricated wallboard member are detachably connected through clamping slots or protruding rebar which are provided on members in an embedded mode; and the assembly method using prefabricated building members comprises the steps that a first layer of prefabricated columns, foundation beams, floor slabs and wallboards is hoisted, a second layer of the prefabricated columns, inter-floor beams, floor slab members, wallboard members is hoisted, and a third layer of various members is hoisted according to a hoisting order of the second layer.
