Abstract

The present invention provides a PET (Positron Emission Computed Tomography) image reconstruction method and device. The method includes the following steps that: the emission path of each coincidenceevent is determined according to photon information included in each coincidence event, wherein the coincidence event can be a true coincidence or a scattering coincidence; an annihilation position on the emission path, which is corresponding to the coincidence event, is determined according to the emission path and time data in the photon information; and PET image reconstruction is performed according to the annihilation position, the emission path, and the photon information.
