Abstract

The system can simulate a perspiring state of a human body in a high temperature thermal radiation environment, so that more accurate thermal resistance of heat-protective clothing is tested. The method comprises the following steps: starting a heater; when the heater reaches preset thermal radiation power, starting a human body perspiring simulation system; when the human body perspiring simulation system reaches a preset human body skin perspiring state, heating the heat-protective clothing; after the heat-protective clothing reaches a thermal equilibrium state, measuring outer surface temperature of an outer layer of the heat-protective clothing and inner surface temperature of a comfort layer, and measuring heat flow density of the comfort layer of the heat-protective clothing by virtue of a heat flow density meter; and finally obtaining the thermal resistance of the heat-protective clothing according to the preset thermal radiation power, the outer surface temperature of the outer layer, the inner surface temperature of the comfort layer and the heat flow density by virtue of a data acquisition system.
