The ship lock opening and closing auxiliary control device comprises a handheld terminal, servers and a camera. The handheld terminal realizes PLC action controlling through the servers and protocol transmission, thereby correspondingly realizing opening and closing of the ship lock. The camera is connected with the auxiliary control device and is used for monitoring an action executing condition of the ship lock. The handheld terminal performs information exchange through the servers and the camera.The servers comprise a first server and a second server. The first server is a software server for controlling a Webacess assembly and is driven by an open OPC, thereby operating a webacess service for operating the ship lock. The second server is used for data analysis and data management and is connected with a database, thereby realizing information and function exchange of the handheld terminal.
