Embodiment Construction

[0024] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0025] In this embodiment, the early fire smoke detection and recognition method based on the asymmetric characteristics of aerosol particle scattering light intensity is applied to figure 1 In the shown dual optical path smoke detector model 1 , the detector model includes a light source module 2 and two receiver modules, namely a first receiver module 3 and a second receiver module 4 . Wherein, the light source module 2 includes an LED light source 5 , a light source lens 6 , a light source cylinder sleeve 7 and a light source lens mounting base 8 . In this embodiment, a single-wavelength LED light source is used, so when it is necessary to measure the results of another wavelength, it needs to be replaced with a corresponding LED light source in advance. In particular, in this embodiment, the LED light source products of Solebo Company are ...

Abstract

The invention discloses an early fire smoke detecting method with interference particle recognition capability. A transmitter and two receivers are arranged in a detector, the transmitter can emit twodifferent wavelengths of light, and the two receivers are used to collect two kinds of scattered light power at different angles; the scattered light power at two different angles under certain wavelength conditions can be simultaneously measured, thereby obtaining the asymmetry ratio by calculating the ratio. By letting the transmitter alternately emit beams of different wavelengths in the pulseform, the forward-backscattered optical power signals at different wavelengths can be obtained, as well as their changes over time. According to the method, the asymmetry ratio of different wavelength conditions is utilized to distinguish fire smoke particles from common interference particles; combined with the asymmetry ratio and its fluctuation characteristics, the detection of early fire smoke particles can be achieved; a signal strength threshold is not used to determine whether an alarm should be mode. Therefore, the detection method can respond to the fire black and white smoke particles in a balanced manner.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an early fire smoke detection method, in particular to an early fire smoke detection method capable of identifying interference particles, and belongs to the technical field of fire alarms. Background technique [0002] Smoke detectors are mainly divided into ionization smoke detectors and photoelectric smoke detectors. Since ionization smoke detectors contain radioactive substances, which are not conducive to environmental protection, they are gradually replaced by photoelectric smoke detectors. Considering the production cost, the commonly used point-type photoelectric smoke detectors usually choose light-emitting diodes (LEDs) as the light source. Since the radiation intensity is much weaker than that of lasers, the obvious disadvantage is that they are not sensitive to black smoke and small-sized smoke. Particle detection is slow to respond. This requires smoke detectors to have extremely high sensitivity, which makes the...
