The method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing environment-friendly cementingmaterial: firstly mixing cement, mineral powder, gypsum, lime, sodium carbonate and water reducing agent, adding water to mix, and then adding the coal ash and the asbestos to uniformly mix, thereby obtaining the environment-friendly cementing material; 2) preparing foam slurry; mixing the environment-friendly cementing material with the foaming solution, the foam stabilizer and the water reducingagent, uniformly stirring to obtain the foam slurry; 3) injection molding: injecting the foam slurry into a mold, heating and maintaining, cooling and demolding to obtain the building block.
