The high back pressure heat supply system comprises a condenser, a heat network return watermain pipe and a heat network return-water-to-condenser water inlet pipeline, wherein the heat network return water main pipe is connected with the heat network return-water-to-condenser water inlet pipeline, the heat network return-water-to-condenser water inlet pipeline is divided into a first water inlet pipeline and a second water inlet pipeline, and the first water inlet pipeline communicateswith a condenser through the inlet on the side A of the condenser and is connected with a first water outlet pipeline through the outlet on the side A of the condenser; the second water inlet pipelinecommunicates with the condenser through the inlet on the side B of the condenser and is connected with a second water outlet pipeline through the outlet on the side B of the condenser; and the firstwater outlet pipeline and the second water outlet pipeline are combined and then are connected with the heat network return water main pipe, and the first water outlet pipeline and the second water outlet pipeline are provided with on-line monitoring devices.
