Problems solved by technology

For this kind of vibration problem under the action of moving multi-point coherent random loads, the traditional random vibration theory needs to perform calculations such as the inversion of the dynamic stiffness matrix for each frequency point, which requires a huge amount of calculation and extremely low calculation efficiency. The support structure can still be solved, but it is quite difficult to solve for the actual engineering structure

Embodiment

[0023] Example: Two degrees of freedom lumped parameter orbital model: where, M r and Ms are the equivalent para-vibration masses of rail and sleeper respectively, K p and C p are the equivalent parametric stiffness and damping of the fastener, respectively, K bf and C bf are the equivalent parametric stiffness and damping of the ballast bed and subgrade, respectively. The model can also be used to solve the supraoccipital and suboccipital pressures during the orbital vibration process.

[0024] In order to consider the impact of ballast bed vibration on the entire track vibration, a three-degree-of-freedom lumped parameter model came into being. In the model, M b is the equivalent vibration mass of the ballast bed, and K b and C b are the equivalent parametric stiffness and damping of the ballast bed respectively, K f and C f are the equivalent stiffness and damping of the subgrade, and the other parameters are the same as the two-degree-of-freedom lumped parameter mo...

Abstract

The invention discloses a track characteristic analysis system under a low-frequency excitation condition, which comprises an information acquisition unit, a data processing unit and a diagnosis unit, wherein the information acquisition unit detects equivalent stiffness information and track vibration mass information of a railway track under the low-frequency excitation condition, and calculatesa total equivalent damping coefficient of the track according to the detected data information so as to build a single-degree-of-freedom lumped parameter track model; the data processing unit receivesthe data information transmitted by the information acquisition unit solves the pressure above and below a sleeper in the vibration process of the track; the data processing unit calculates the displacement of a track bed, the acceleration response and the subgrade surface pressure so as to perform assessment and calculation on the track performance; and the diagnosis unit receives the data information transmitted by the data processing unit, and formulates a processing scheme for maintaining the track through analyzing the track performance.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of track safety analysis and control, in particular to a track characteristic analysis system based on low-frequency excitation conditions. Background technique [0002] With the development of high-speed passenger transportation and heavy-duty freight transportation, the position of railway transportation in the transportation system is becoming more and more important. As the basis of railway transportation, the track structure often has unfavorable defects such as failure of fasteners, hanging of sleepers, and uneven subsidence of the roadbed under the repeated action of train loads. The existence of these defects is very unfavorable to the safe operation of the train, and greatly accelerates the fatigue damage of the track structure. [0003] As we all know, the geometric state of the actual railway line is affected by many factors, such as wavy wear and damage of rails, uneven spacing and quality of sleepers, un...
