The system comprises an artery measurement module, a time acquisition module and a blood pressure computation module, wherein the artery measurement module is used for synchronously measuring the blood pressure waveform and blood flow waveform of a same position of the artery along with time variation; the time acquisition module is used for acquiring the propagation time of the blood flow from the center artery to the blood pressure measurement position of the artery; and the blood pressure computation module is used for computing the blood pressure waveform of the central artery by utilizing the blood pressure waveform and the blood flow waveform of the artery and the propagation time. The central artery blood pressure waveform measured according to the manner can reflect individual variation, and solve the problem of the existing products that individual variation cannot be reflected by measurement on central artery blood pressure waveform based on transfer functions of large samples.
