Abstract

The device comprises a hydraulic cylinder, a flange, a flexible device, a copper spherical cushion, a horizontal force measuring rod, an upper positioning beam, an upper fixing plate, a displacement sensor fixing frame, a fixing stand, a radial force sensor, a force cushion block, an axial force sensor housing and a left-right positioning beam. After all the parts are assembled and positioned, the flange, the copper spherical cushion and the horizontal force measuring rod are pushed by a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder to enter a stretch reducing mill rack; through the tapered force cushion block, three rolls in the stretch reducing mill rack are propped open, thereby acquiring the simulated displacement of the rolls of the stretch reducing mill under the action of rolling force; and through a computer data real-time acquisition system, force and displacement signals are recorded, stored, outputted and displayed. The device achieves the function of offline evaluating the rigidity of the stretch reducing mill; the measuring precision is high and the service life is long; and meanwhile, the size of the force cushion can be changed according to the pass sizes of differentstretch reducing mills, and thus the device is high in applicability.
