Problems solved by technology

[0003] However, the traditional macroemulsification method lacks the precise control of the emulsion droplets, and the traditional step emulsification microfluidic reaction can only operate at low flow rates and low flow rates. In order to ensure the high uniformity of the droplets, the reaction has to be sacrificed. Flux

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for producing emulsion or bubbles by a microfluidic chip. The method comprises the following steps: (1) drawing a microfluid pipeline graph by a two-dimensional planeby using engineering drawing software AutoCAD or Clewin5; (5) printing a pipeline template on a transparent plastic thin film, and etching a photocureable polymer SU-8 by using an ultraviolet light etching technology to prepare a reverse mold on a silicon wafer, wherein the pipeline is black, and the rest part is still the transparent plastic thin film; (3) placing the reverse mold into an open culture dish or a glass dish, uniformly mixing polydimethylsiloxane with a curing agent according to a ratio of 10 to 1, carefully pouring the mixture onto the reverse mold according to a requirement ofenable the thickness of the polydimethylsiloxane to be about 3 to 5 mm, placing the reverse mold into a baking oven at 70 DEG C for heating for 1 h, and curing the polydimethylsiloxane; (4) breakingthe mold to obtain a cured microfluid pipeline, and bonding the microfluid pipeline with a glass substrate by using an ultraviolet plasma method to obtain the microfluidic chip; and (5) producing theemulsion or the bubbles by using the microfluidic chip.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical fields of microfluidics and micromanufacturing, in particular to a method for producing emulsion or air bubbles on a microfluidic chip. Background technique [0002] Droplet microfluidics technology has been widely used in many fields of chemistry and biology. Because of its high controllability to the properties of a single droplet, it is often called "digital fluid" and "programmable fluid". With the help of the development and progress of modern micro- and nano-manufacturing technologies, people can design and manufacture microfluidic chips / platforms that are similar in size to small electronic components for rapid control or response to micro-droplets. Step-emulsification microfluidic technology is one of the widely used droplet microfluidic technologies, which is based on the Plateau-Rayleigh Instability principle in fluid mechanics, The size of the emulsified droplets is uniform and tiny, which has been hig...
