Abstract

The automobile tyre recycling engineering tester comprises a rubber treatment chamber, a cleaning chamber, a storage chamber,a chemical decomposition reagent adding chamber, a pyrolytic oil chamber and a pyrolytic gas chamber; a temperature detecting rod and a pressure gauge are arranged in the rubber treatment chamber andcan accurately regulate and control the temperature and the pressure intensity of the rubber treatment chamber; a movable heating block is arranged in the rubber treatment chamber; and a fixed ring isarranged on the outer side of the movable heating block. The movable heating block is provided, so the manufacturing cost is greatly reduced; the temperature detecting rod and the pressure gauge areprovided, so that the temperature and the pressure intensity of the rubber treatment chamber can be regulated and controlled accurately; and the fixed ring is provided and retracts into the movable heating block, so the difficulty that a steel material is difficult to take down manually is overcome and the efficiency of treating the waste tyre is greatly improved. A belt conveyor is connected withthe storage chamber, so that the steel material in the waste tyre can be conveyed to the storage chamber by a belt conveying pipe and is temporarily stored; an inclined plate of the cleaning chamberis arranged, sewage can be discharged through a water discharging hole; and a piston is arranged on the common pipeline, so that pyrolytic gas can be controlled to enter the pyrolytic gas chamber.
