Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method and product of ultra-wide-temperature-range high-performance water-based damping paint. The method comprises the following steps of (1) preparing the following ingredients in parts by weight: 30 to 40 parts of acrylic resin blending emulsion, 10 to 20 parts of deionized water, 0.3 to 0.8 part of antifoaming agents, 0.3 to 0.8 part of dispersing agents,10 to 20 parts of talcum powder being 200 to 1000 meshes, 10 to 30 parts of sericite powder being 100 to 600 meshes and 0.4 to 0.8 part of thickening agents, wherein the acrylic resin blending emulsion is prepared by mixing three kinds of acrylic resin emulsion with the vitrification temperatures being -30 DEG C, 0 DEG C and 30 DEG C according to a certain proportion; (2) stirring the acrylic resin blending emulsion, the deionized water, the antifoaming agents and the dispersing agents for 5 minutes at the rotating speed being 500 rpm; (3) adding talcum powder and sericite powder into a stirring container; performing stirring for 10 minutes at the rotating speed of 1000 rpm; (4) adding a thickening agent into the stirring container; performing stirring for 10 minutes at the rotating speedof 1500 rpm; (5) obtaining the ultra-wide-temperature-range high-performance water-based damping paint.
