Abstract

The invention provides a venturi burner with a noise reduction function. The venturi burner comprises a nozzle and a venturi pipe, the venture pipe comprises a first shrinkage portion, a neck portionand an expansion portion, wherein the first shrinkage portion, the neck portion and the expansion portion are integrally connected. A plate structure is arranged between the venturi pipe and the nozzle, the plate structure comprises an outer plate and at least one inner plate, and the outer plate is connected between the bottom of the first shrinkage part and the nozzle. Each inner plate extends from the inner wall of the outer plate and forms a second shrinkage portion, and the inner plates divide the outer plate to form a plurality of flow channels. Each channel is provided with an air inlet. The venturi burner can rectify and stratify injected air by adding the venturi pipe shrinkage portion to produce the two air inlets, and thus the noise reduction function is achieved; and meanwhile,the two air inlets can meet the injection application of two kinds of air.
