Abstract

The present invention discloses a six-degree-of-freedom automatic implantation device of a cochlea pre-bending electrode. The device comprises: a straight guide wire pre-arranged in a guide hole of apre-bending electrode and straightening the pre-bending electrode, wherein the straight guide wire is provided with a clamping head at the outer end of the tail portion of the pre-bending electrode; apush mechanism comprising a guide wire location module connected with the clamping head and an electrode push module connected with the tail end of the pre-bending electrode and configured to performrepulsion movement with the guide wire location module; and a six-degree-of-freedom parallel mechanism, wherein the six-degree-of-freedom parallel mechanism comprises movement freedoms of an X shaft,a Y shaft and a Z shaft and rotation freedoms of the X shaft, the Y shaft and the Z shaft, the push mechanism and the pre-bending electrode are fixed on the six-degree-of-freedom parallel mechanism,and the push direction of the electrode push module is consistent to the X shaft or the Y shaft. The six-degree-of-freedom automatic implantation device of a cochlea pre-bending electrode achieves initial position regulation of electrode implantation, insertion or recycling of the pre-bending electrode in the implantation and automatic rotation regulation in a cochlea axis direction, and the robotmechanism is employed to more sensitively perform force sense perception and achieve accurate control of the position.
