The automatic variable valve comprises a valve body as well as a high-pressure oil cavity and a core cavity which are formed in the valve body and communicate with each other through a through hole, wherein a variable oil path controls a variable control valve element to move in the core cavity, so that communication betweenthe high-pressure oil cavity and the variable oil path is realized; system high-pressure oil in the high-pressure oil cavity enters the variable oil path to realize motor variable control; and when load is too great, the system high-pressure oil pushes the variable control valve element to return under matching of an automatic-return control valve element, so that communication between the high-pressure oil cavity and the variable oil path is cut off.
