Abstract

The invention relates to a laser-ranging-communication-based active navigation positioning device and navigation positioning method of an aircraft. The device comprises a laser ranging communication scanning device arranged at an aircraft and a plurality of reference-position navigation response devices arranged at an airport runway or a landing area. The device is characterized in that the aircraft serving as a laser active transmitting end transmits coded laser; and the navigation response devices employ a passive response mode to provide reference coordinates for the aircraft. The passive response devices do not provide navigation reference coordinates until the coordinates are needed and identity information is met, so that power consumption is reduced and the good concealing performance is realized.
