Abstract

The invention provides a PVA drainage system for rapid drainage of a sludge storage yard and a using method thereof. The PVA drainage system is composed of hollow main pipes, double-layer water absorption pads, fixing pins and vacuum pump joints. The PVA drainage system is used in a fast drainage project of a high-water-content sludge pile field and is laid in a storage yard, and the water in thesludge can be quickly discharged by utilizing the capillary water absorption effect of the water, is collected in a main pipeline and is drawn out through a vacuum pump. According to the drainage system and the using method thereof, the problem of blockage of a drainage body in a conventional vacuum drainage project can be avoided, the drainage process can be carried out, and meanwhile, the capillary action of the water is utilized to absorb water and drain water; the vacuum pump is started intermittently, so that a large amount of energy consumption is saved, and the green energy-saving effect is achieved; and PVA materials belong to degradable materials and are not required to be disassembled after drainage construction is finished and can be automatically degraded in the soil body, so that the influence on the environment is small.
