Agricultural waste, livestock and poultry manure and organic selenium arefully utilized to prepare a cultivation substrate capable of meeting nutrients required for growth of the selenium-rich organic solanaceous vegetables to replace selenium-rich soil, chemical fertilizers and a nutrient solution prepared from the chemical fertilizers; a water and fertilizer application standardized cultivation management system and operation procedure of a current technology ''organic fruit and vegetable substrate cultivation technology'' are utilized to form the substrate high-efficiency cultivation technology for the selenium-rich organic solanaceous vegetables; and the technology comprises the following steps: preparing the substrate according to the nutrients required by crops; preparing and managing a crop substrate cultivation system (cultivation tank and water supplysystem) according to water and fertilizer standards which facilitate keeping an optimal growth state of the crops; and performing operation according to the operation procedure of the substrate cultivation technology of the selenium-rich organic solanaceous vehetables.
