Abstract

When the electromagnets are powered on, a rotor rotates by a certain angle along with the moving shaft under the action of electromagnetic force. When the voltage of the shape memory alloy springs is reduced, the electromagnets are powered off, the moving shaft restores to the original state, and the rotor keeps a certain angle and does not change. During work, the two shape memory alloy springs synchronously generate stretching or shorteningdeformation and act on the moving shaft in the same direction, meanwhile, the two shape memory alloy springs are applied so that the moving shaft can have large torque, restoring springs provide elastic force for restoring the initial state, and threaded rods adjust the initial pre-tightening force of the shape memory alloy springs and the restoring springs.
