Abstract

An embodiment of the invention discloses a method, a system and a device for querying tracks. The method includes matching historical track data with road section data of road networks and establishing mapping relations between road sections and historical tracks; generating road network indexes according to the road section data; computing the distances from query points to the various road sections according to the road section data; determining candidate sets to which the to-be-selected tracks belong, to be more specific, searching the single or multiple road sections with the shortest distances by the aid of the road network indexes for each query point, and placing the historical tracks mapped by the nearest single or multiple road sections into candidate subsets of the query points until at least K historical tracks are available in intersection sets of the candidate subsets; merging the candidate subsets to obtain candidate sets; selecting K historical tracks with the minimum sums of the distances to the query points from the candidate sets. The road section data are used as spatial objects of the road network indexes.
