Flow dividing plates which extend along circumference direction of the shell body are arranged inthe cooling liquid channels along the axis of the shell body at intervals, so the cooling liquid channels are divided into parallel type flow dividing channels with more than two sub-flow dividing channels. Ends of the parallel type flow dividing channels communicate with the liquid inlet and other ends of the parallel type flow dividing channels communicate with the liquid outlet.
