Abstract

In a feed formula, coarse feed is the sweet sorghum silage and alfalfa particles, and a concentrate supplement is composed of the following components in percentages by mass: 41% of corn, 10% of bran, 32% of soybeanmeal, 5% of rapeseed meal, 1% of expanded urea, 1% of stone powder, 2% of salt, and 8% of a premixed material. A feeding management method comprises the following steps: before feeding, insect repelling treatment is performed on lambs, during feeding, whole-sheep-house-feeding single-pen feeding is adopted, sheep eat the sweet sorghum silage freely, a daily feeding amount is adjusted according tofood intake of the sheep the day before, the concentrate supplement and the alfalfa particles are use for feeding in two times according to 1% and 0.5% of an animal body weight, respectively, the sheep drink water freely during breeding, and a sheep house is disinfected regularly. The method disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that the method has a significant influence on the content of amino acids and the content of fatty acid of the mutton, can promote output of the high-quality mutton and produce the mutton beneficial to human health.
