Abstract

The invention relates to a pressure casting die vacuumizing device which comprises a rack, a vacuum can, a water storage tank, a lift pump, a water spray head, a water pipe, a steam switch valve, a vacuumizing pipe, a slag removal door and a die vacuumizing valve, wherein the vacuum can is connected with a steam exhaust pipe. The vacuum can communicates with a water inlet pipe, and cold water injected into the vacuum can submerges corresponding parts of an electric heating pipe and a slag receiving tank. An upper platen of the rack is provided with a water receiving tank coaming, the water storage tank communicates with a water receiving tank, cooling water sprayed to the vacuum can drops in the water receiving tank and flows back into the water storage tank through the water receiving tank. A vacuumizing operation process comprises the steps: injecting the cold water and turning on an electric heater for heating water in the vacuum can; starting the lift pump to spray the cold water to the vacuum can, and thus forming certain negative pressure in the vacuum can; closing the lift pump and stopping spraying, and thus enabling the vacuum can to be at negative pressure; opening the die vacuumizing valve to vacuumize a die; and when air pressure in the vacuum can is over a certain value, starting a new round of vacuumizing operation.
