Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides an optical fiber serial data communication method. The method comprises the following steps: adding a standard sending clock signal in a data frame, wherein the standard sending clock signal comprises high level signal and/or low-level signal with preset amount, and a data receiving determines a sampling clock cycle according to the received standard sending clock signal when receiving the data frame, thereby generating a corresponding sampling clock signal; and sampling the data part of the data frame by using the sampling clock signal so as to acquirea corresponding data packet in the data frame. Since the data frame contains the standard sending clock signal, the data receiving end can self-adaptively generate the corresponding sampling clock signal according to the standard sending clock signal to realize the receiving of the data frame whether the data sending end sends the data frame in any communication rate; the data sending end can flexibly adjust the communication rate of the data frame, and the data receiving end can self-adaptively receive the data frames in different communication rates.
