In accordance with the modern demands of high speed and high precision of automated products, tracking errors generated by tracking lagging of a system cannot be ignored, however, higher acceleration is needed by the system to reduce the tracking errors generated by lagging for a control method using past and current target signals, and the vibration of a mechanical system is caused by excessively high acceleration. Predictive control not only uses past and current target value signals, but also uses future known target value signals and future known interference signals as feedforward compensation, and therefore the tracking errors between a target value and the output are the smallest.
