Abstract

The present invention provides a waterproof conductive wire with good pressure resistance, including: a metal wire; six protection wires surrounding the metal wire; self-adhesive wires filled within pores between the metal wire and the protection wires; a mica cladding layer covering an outside of the protection wires; a polyimide film cladding layer covering the outside of the mica cladding layer; a composite insulating coating covering an outside of the polyimide film cladding layer; and a nonwoven fabric layer for printing that covers an outside of the composite insulating coating. The waterproof conductive wire with good pressure resistance of the invention has a simple structure. The metal wire is surrounded by the six protection wires made of elastic rubber materials, and the outsideof the protection wire is covered with the mica cladding layer, which improves the waterproof performance of the conductive wire. A nonwoven fabric layer is provided on an outermost side to facilitate printing of a logo.
