Abstract

The invention discloses an EDU99824.1 gene of an enteric microorganism B.coprocola strain which can be used as a molecular marker of type 2 diebetes diagnosis. By utilizing PCR and Sanger sequencing methods, genotypes of an 879th site and an 880th site of the EDU99824.1 gene have difference in enteric B.coprocola strains of a healthy person and a patient with type 2 diebetes and without medication, i.e. whether a subject suffers from the type 2 diebetes or not is judged by detecting two SNP sites of the EDU99824.1 gene in a feces genome. A diagnosis kit can be used for diagnosing the type 2 diebetes and has a wide application prospect clinically.
