The system comprises: a motion sensor module, for monitoring a three-dimensional spatial orientation of a human limb; an optical positioning module, for monitoring absolute spatial positions of a human body and a VR head display; an arithmetic module, for, according to data of the motion sensor module and the optical positioning module, calculating and acquiring a motion change track of the position and the orientation of the human body and the limb in the three-dimensional space; and a VR terminal device, which comprises a smart phone and the VR head display, wherein a built-in VR program of the smart phone is configured to refresh display content according to the motion change track of the position and the orientation, the position and orientation information of the limb including the hands is applied to the VR program, and the VR image is output for the user to receive and view through the VR head display.
