nozzle is arranged at one end of a cylindrical shell, a
urea heating cavity is arranged outside the other end of the cylindrical shell, and a sleeve is arranged outside the
urea heating cavity; a cavity communicated with the
urea heating cavity is formed between the sleeve and the shell, a urea inlet is formed in the outer side of the sleeve, connected with a metering device and communicated with the
internal cavity and the urea heating cavity, and a vehicle
tail gas inlet is formed in the outer side of the sleeve and tangent to the section of the sleeve. According to the
ammonia gas generating device for the diesel vehicle filter, the design of all inlets is reasonable, vehicle
tail gas and urea can be evenly mixed with
ammonia gas in an
exhaust pipe through different jetting directions, the
ammonia gas is directly jet into an
exhaust manifold, and the
ammonia gas generating device can be used for a closed DeNOx
system; the
nitrate removing efficiency is high, and space for
hydrolysis and
evaporation is not needed; the ammonia gas generating device can be applied to a closed
nitrate removing
system, sediments in a catalyst and the
exhaust pipe are avoided, the probability of
system failures caused by
sedimentation is lowered, and the blank of ammonia gas generating devices for diesel vehicle
tail gas purifying devices is filled up.
