The motor stator lamination structure and the winding method thereof provided by the invention have the advantages that the two large winding slots are formed between every two adjacent small winding slots, and the coil windings are wound between each group of the large winding slots in a single-layer manner, so that the winding cost can be reduced; and the slot filling factor of the large winding slots can be increased through a tight wire displacement mode, and automatic mechanical winding can be easily achieved.
