The quick cooling device for casting comprises a supporting base, wherein a water filter and a circulating pump are fixed to the supportingbase; the circulating pump is connected to the water filter through a guide tube; a water collecting box is fixed to the water filter; one end of the circulating pump is connected to a water conveyingguide tube; a water spray nozzle is connected t the water conveying guide tube, and an air cooler is fixed to the top end of the water conveying guide tube; the air cooler is connected to an air conveying tube; and an air nozzle is fixed to the air conveying tube. A casting part is cooled in a double manner by means of cold air blown by the air cooler and water injected by the water spray nozzle,so that the cooling time is shortened, and the cooling efficiency is accelerated. The injected cooling water can be collected through the water collecting box, and is filtered and purified through anactivated carbon filter layer and a ceramic filter in the water filter to eliminate impurities in water substantially, and meanwhile, purified water is recycled again through the circulating pump, sothat the functions of being energy-saving and environment-friendly are achieved.
