One side of an inflating bag is connected with an automaticdeflating air valve; the automatic deflating air valve comprises a rubber plug, a shell upper portion, a shell lower portion, an upper fixing sheet, a lower fixing sheet and a temperature-sensitive thin sheet; the shell upper portion and the shell lower portion are hollow cylinders with the same diameters and are in threaded connection; the upper fixing sheet and the lower fixing sheet are circular-section thin plates with the uniform thicknesses, eight semicircular through holes are arrayed in the outer sides of the upper fixing sheet and the lower fixing sheet, and the circle centers of thethrough holes are distributed on the circumference of the fixing sheets at 45-degree equal intervals; the upper curve and the lower curve of the section of the temperature-sensitive thin sheet are each in a parabola shape, wherein the parabola meets the formula that x<2>=+ / -31.25y; and a fixing washer is arranged at the bottom of the outer side of the shell lower portion.
