The water conveying device comprises a bottom plate, wherein the outer wall of the top ofthe bottom plate is fixedly equipped with fixed blocks which are distributed at equal distance through bolts; the outer walls of the tops of the fixed blocks are fixedly equipped with a heating watertank through bolts; the outer walls of the two sides of the heating water tank are fixedly equipped with a protective housing through bolts; the outer wall of one side of the heating water tank is equipped with a gas inlet channel; a first ring-shaped slot is formed in the outer wall of one side of the heating water tank; a sealing pad is bonded in the first ring-shaped slot; and the inner wall ofone side of the heating water tank is welded with the turbulent-flow plates which are distributed at equal distance.
